In order to save time when you arrive, you may fill out and sign your liability waiver in advance. Please note that you must be at least 19 years old in order to sign a liability waiver. If you are not 19 years old, please ask your parent or legal guardian to complete this process.

Everyone that enters the Axtion Air activity arena beyond the check in counters must have completed and signed a valid Axtion Air waiver. Those under 19 must have it signed/completed by their parent, legal guardian or someone with power of attorney. Guests 19 and older can sign the waiver themselves.
